The AP-C350 In-line Atmospheric Plasma Cleaning Machine uses a high-frequency electric field or microwave generator to ionize gas and create plasma. The active ions and free radicals react with surface contaminants, helping remove pollutants, oxide films, and dust while preparing surfaces for subsequent manufacturing processes.

The system supports surface activation and surface-energy improvement to enhance wetting, bonding, coating, dispensing, spraying, welding, and other downstream processes. It is designed for automation integration and can be incorporated into production-line environments.
